Muscles targeted: abs, butt, and inner thighs

– Start by standing with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart & angled into a slight V-shape, with arms by sides.

– Lower into a plie-like squat and place palms on floor in front of feet.

– Walk hands forward into full push-up position, with legs maintaining a wide V, and try doing a push-up.

– Immediately stand or jump up, extending arms overhead (this is where the ”burpee” term comes into play…I know, I know, don’t ask, but if you must…see Pic to the right)
